  <li>Download the app, create your account, and become a Citizen</li>
  <li>In the CitizenMe app, you'll find five types of Data Surveys where you can exchange your data for a fair value. We provide all the details about what you give and what you get before each survey.</li>
  <li>The green tiles in the app indicate surveys that offer cash rewards for sharing your opinions. The first time you try to complete a Paid Data Survey, you'll be prompted to log into your PayPal account. Connect and complete the exchange, and you'll receive your cash reward directly into your PayPal account.</li>
